To avoid issues with processing your Holiday Request Form:
- The Holiday Request Form must be submitted no later than the Friday before the week annual leave will be taken.– i.e. the final cut-off date.
(For example – if taking annual leave on Thursday 25 January, the form must be submitted by Friday 19 January) - Annual leave will be paid on the first Friday of leave week
(For example – if taking annual leave on Thursday 25 January, annual leave will be paid on Friday 26 January once the form has been submitted by Friday 19 January) - You can find your accumulated holiday entitlement, stated in hours, on your most recent payslip.
